recovery care?
Recovery is not laziness. It is intentional work on tissues, circulation, and nervous system tone so adaptation from training actually lands.
Sessions may include manual therapy, guided breathing, mobility, and clinic technology when appropriate. The mix depends on what is limiting you today.
We think in seasons. Off season recovery looks different from pre competition or heavy competition blocks, and your plan should reflect that.
