Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed March 30, 2026.
Our commitment
PROS Performance Wellness & Recovery is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide a welcoming online experience and are continually working to improve the accessibility of our site.
Conformance standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with a range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
What we are doing
To support accessibility on our website, we have taken steps that include:
- Using semantic HTML to ensure content structure is meaningful and navigable
- Providing text alternatives for images and non-text content
- Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Making all interactive elements accessible via keyboard navigation
- Respecting user preferences for reduced motion
- Providing visible focus indicators for keyboard users
- Including a skip navigation link for efficient page traversal
- Using ARIA attributes where needed to support assistive technologies
Known limitations
While we strive to make every page and feature accessible, some content may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. We are actively reviewing our site and making improvements on an ongoing basis.
Third-party content, including our embedded booking system and map provider, is maintained by external services and may have its own accessibility limitations. We choose partners who share our commitment to accessibility and encourage them to maintain accessible platforms.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website, or if you need information in an alternative format, we want to hear from you. Please contact us and we will do our best to provide the information or service you need through an accessible alternative.
